Meet Jen (Carlson) Schalekamp

New home, old home, lake home, farm home, any kind of home will tell a story - and that’s what I love about working in real estate! I’ve been a real estate agent for 2 years and enjoy assisting others in the process of buying or selling their home.

I am originally from rural Erhard, MN and graduated from Pelican Rapids High School in 2004. I proceeded to attend the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science followed by my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. Throughout my schooling and thereafter, I’ve had the opportunity to live in North Dakota, Arizona, Idaho, Nebraska, northern Minnesota, back to Nebraska and most recently, I’ve returned to Fergus Falls, Minnesota in 2018 where I live with my husband, son and our lab.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and am a lover of the outdoors and all of the recreational activities that the lakes country has to offer, in addition to traveling, staying active, gardening, cooking and DIYing/woodworking.
